Facility fee: technical (equipment) fee for the imaging and radiopharmaceuticals and/or drugs used during the imaging

Physician fee: physician supervision and interpretation fee

Requires a physician order, which can be faxed to to (580) 331-1407 or brought to the appointment unless required when scheduling. For out of state orders please verify with the provider that they accept it. Procedure preparation requirements are provided during scheduling.
