About Jessica Shaw

Jessica Shaw is the Diabetes Program Coordinator at Alliance Health Diabetes Education and Nutrition. She is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and certified insulin pump trainer. Our diabetes educator and registered dietitian will work with you to develop a plan to stay healthy, and give you the tools and ongoing support to make that a regular part of your life. The education program will cover: Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, Monitoring, Reducing Risk, Problem Solving, and Health Coping. We will help you set priorities and coach you on each of these areas.Participants will work closely with the diabetes educator to set goals, problem solve and create a plan for ongoing self-care. The Nutrition Counseling program offers Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for type 1 and 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, obesity and hyperlipidemia. MNT, the nutrition-based treatment provided by registered dietitian, Jessica Shaw, MS, RD/LD, CDE, includes a nutrition diagnosis as well as a therapeutic and counseling services to help manage the disease.

MDSave is a service for patients electing to pay cash for procedures. Procedure purchases must be made prior to receiving care. You can use HSA, FSA, or HRA funds to pay for your procedure.
