Dr. Kinsey earned his medical degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile and completed his residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Dr. Kinsey is a board certified general surgeon treating patients with a wide variety of medical conditions including, but not limited to, cancer, hernias, and gallbladder disease.
