Program Details
Flyte is a virtual clinic that provides a comprehensive, medically supervised weight-loss program that is designed to help patients manage their weight, as well as treat some of the complications that come with excess weight (including diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, and liver disease). The Flyte care team is made up of world-class experts, specializing in weight loss and management. They include medical doctors, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and care coordinators, working together to provide care via virtual office visits (telehealth visits) and a patient app.
Flyte’s treatment approach is based on a unique combination of medical guidance and behavioral change to achieve effective and sustainable weight loss. In fact, Flyte patients lose an average of 15% of their body weight and keep it off long-term.
Note
Participants need to purchase the Medically Supervised Weight Loss Program bundle prior to enrolling on the MDsave Flyte partnership website. Not purchasing before enrolling will cause delays to the program.
You cannot purchase this bundle directly through Flyte. It can only be purchased here, on MDsave.
MDsave bundle vouchers will be redeemed during the application process.
If additional visits are necessary, they will be billed directly by Flyte to the participant upon services rendered at the standard cash pay rate.
Appointments purchased as part of this bundle must be scheduled with the Flyte team within a 12-month timeline.
A metabolic lab panel (dated within the last 12 months) will be required before meeting with a Flyte physician. The cost of labs is not included in the bundle. Flyte Patient Coordinators can assist with ordering labs from a lab service in your area.
Access to a smartphone compatible with the patient app is needed as the Flyte program is delivered digitally. You will be required to download the patient app to participate.
