What did you like most about using MDsave?
the fact that I am not gonna have to worry about additional bills from Dr. or hospital and that I knew what I was paying out-of-pocket upfront
What could we do to improve?
I had no idea what this was when the hospital I was going to send me this link. The billing person I spoke to did not do a great job at explaining why this was beneficial versus using my insurance which had zero deductible, but also was not covering anything. So I think that is the fault on the billing person's end when I called MDS to try to get more information the person I spoke to was wonderful however, I found that explanations were quick for someone who had never heard of this program and was trying to understand navigating through this insurance process maybe just remember you are familiar with it, but those of us calling in or not and sometimes need a more basic explanation
