Good morning. Atlas/Banner (OrthoAz) has once again cancelled the  meeting scheduled for today. We have been attempting to contract with Atlas since March 13, 2025 and have made absolutely no headway. We have had Ben engage with them multiple times, Sean has been engaged with them multiple times regarding contract redlines and still there is no progress. Heather Richards, CFO, has had to be re-educated about MDsave/Tendo multiple times and when she gets involved, we have to start all over.  She stated on January 8th that until all items are reconcilled on their side, she will not be attending any additional meetings. The items that need to be reconciled are on their side, not ours.

Dr. Newhart graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. He earned his medical degree from UAMS, graduating with honors in research.  He completed his internship and residency at the Baptist Health/UAMS Family Medicine program in North Little Rock, followed by a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at Henry Ford Health in Detroit, Michigan
