Dr. Parag Phadke is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in treating injuries and conditions of the elbow, hand, shoulder, and wrist as well as fracture care and upper extremity surgery. He began practicing at Carolina Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center in 2024.
After graduating from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, with his bachelor’s degree, Dr. Phadke earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then moved to Charlotte to complete his internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at the Carolinas Medical Center. Following his residency, Dr. Phadke committed to an additional year of training in hand and upper extremity surgery through a fellowship with Tufts University School of Medicine and New England Baptist Hospital. Later, he returned to The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to earn a master’s degree in business administration.
In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Phadke enjoys cooking, woodworking, and fishing as well as spending time with his family and two dogs. He also values fitness and keeps active through golf, tennis, and youth coaching.
