Rony Salloum, M.D., received his medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon where he graduated with distinction and was awarded Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society membership. He then completed general surgery residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, followed by fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Spectrum Health/Ferguson Clinic in Michigan. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of colon and rectal diseases such as colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease), anorectal disorders and diverticulitis. Dr. Salloum has extensive training and certification in robotic and minimally invasive colorectal and general surgical procedures.
