Dr. Patterson is a native of Clinton, Mississippi, and received his Medical Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in 1994. He completed his Surgical Residency there in 1999. Recently, he has obtained certification in Stereotactic and Ultrasound-Guided Breast Biopsies and become a Member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. He has recently been certified in Hidden Scar Breast Cancer Surgery and completed ASCO Cancer Genetics Program. Dr. Patterson is a Diplomate of The American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons.
