What did you like most about using MDsave?
Obviously lower cost!
What could we do to improve?
Would help a lot if the process to use voucher was explained a bit more thorough (for example I didn’t know if I should click appointment needed or not); this would eliminate A LOT of confusion. Also when I called the participating hospital (Vista Medical in Waukegan, IL) I was given the run around and also left lingering on hold and when I finally requested to speak with a supervisor she stated she had “never heard of MDsave.” That makes customers worry MDsave may be a scam.
