The first provider I wanted to use was apparently not completely on-board with you yet, so they probably shouldn't have been listed on your website. The provider I ended up using actually was a Care Connect provider, and that created some confusion over whether I was a worker's comp patient, which I was not. I also think you can do a better job of marketing, as I only found you by Googling, and I could find very little 3rd party information about you, which made me very skeptical.
What could we do to improve?
Nothing. It's a Blessing finding you out as my insurance refuses to approve the doctor's order. Saying the scan was not necessary.
