At Adventist Health Glendale, our goal is simple: to provide you with superior service, unparalleled quality, and excellent value. We offer a full range of clinical and pathology services for the Glendale community.
Our laboratory is staffed by licensed clinical laboratory scientists and phlebotomists under the direction of our pathologists who serve as medical directors.
Here, quality is our top priority. The Adventist Health Glendale laboratory adheres to strict internal quality control standards for equipment and testing procedures. In addition, all abnormal or atypical blood cytology samples are personally reviewed by a pathologist. When clinically significant, the findings are expeditiously discussed with the attending physician.
The Adventist Health Glendale lab is certified by Medicare and Medi-Cal (Medicaid) and is licensed by the state of California as an independent clinical laboratory. The lab follows the guidelines stipulated by the California Department of Health Services and the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) of 1988 and subscribes to the College of American Pathologists and American Association of Bioanalysts proficiency testing programs.
