Dr. Alejandro Garcia is a non-surgical Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Physician who completed his residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and then obtained his sports medicine fellowship at Mercy Health System in Janesville, Wisconsin. Dr. Garcia is board certified in sports medicine.
Seeing patients of all ages, Dr. Garcia treats the full spectrum of musculoskeletal pain including chronic conditions that affect our aging population such as arthritis, tendonitis, myalgia, neck and low back pain. He also treats acute injuries like sprains, strains, fractures and concussions. Dr. Garcia performs the most advanced non-surgical procedures to treat joint pain including ultrasound-guided injections, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, tenotomies, peripheral nerve hydrodissections and nerve blocks.
According to Dr. Garcia, the best part of his job is building a relationship with his patients where they feel comfortable with him, trust him, and know he truly cares about their problems and helping them get back to what they love to do. With his experience and skills, Dr. Garcia strives to improve his patients’ conditions through the best treatment options for them.
In his free time, Dr. Garcia enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, traveling, working out and playing soccer.
