This includes a flexible or rigid, transoral esophagoscopy with or without specimens collection by biopsy or brushing. This procedure allows physicians to examine the digestive tract in a patient with a possible digestive disorder or disease.

- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Orlando Gastroenterology, PA
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.

Dr. Babu Mohan completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, and fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Utah.
He is a recipient of numerous awards, national as well as international, and has authored more than a hundred articles in various publications. He is on the editorial board of a prestigious journal ‘Gastrointestinal Endoscopy’.
