- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Physicians Regional Healthcare System Collier
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesia feelocal anesthesia or moderate sedation services provided by your surgeon. If your situation requires an anesthesiologist be present to supervise the anesthesia or sedation services, you will receive a bill from the anesthesiologist.
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
