Procedure Details
All inclusive price includes; EMG and necessary nerve conduction studies to determine if there is a nerve or muscle disease present. This includes nerve studies done by a certified nerve conduction technologist and an EMG performed by a board certified EMG doctor. Most conditions can be diagnosed with one or two limb procedure unless multiple disorders exist. The doctor will explain the results with anatomic drawings and suggest additional sources of printed or internet information. Although he will explain possible treatment options briefly he will not prescribe or order any treatment or medication. Your doctor is a nerve and muscle testing expert not a treatment expert. This encounter is for the purpose of nerve and muscle testing and discussion of the results only. Your EMG doctor will not assume management of your care but will help your doctor by helping him or her with the best possible testing available. All of our facilities are accredited with exemplary status and it is our goal to make your visit comfortable, prompt and friendly. The price does not include preparation of any forms although the patient will be provided with a written report in 24 hours. Bingham Nerve & Muscle (formerly EMG Clinics of Tennessee) provides Nerve and Muscle testing in four West Tennessee, one Middle Tennessee and Memphis area locations as well as two Northern Mississippi locations and one Northern Arkansas location. This test is commonly referred to as EMG/NCS or electrodiagnostic medicine. We strive to be the friendliest place for testing for nerve and muscle testing. We test for carpal tunnel syndrome, neck and back pain, neuropathy and numerous other conditions that cause pain, numbness, tingling or weakness. We hold the prestigious Accredited Lab with Exemplary status designation. Every patient is evaluated by a physician board certified in electrodiagnostic medicine.
