Dr. Brian Langford joined UAMS in July 2023 as a fellowship-trained urologist and a graduate of UAMS. Dr. Langford’s primary focus is on male urological health. His clinical interests include but are not limited to, the treatment and surgical repair of Peyronie’s disease, male stress incontinence, erectile dysfunction, urethral stricture, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and upper tract reconstruction.

Dr. Brian Langford joined UAMS in July 2023 and serves as an assistant professor for the Department of Urology.
Dr. Brian Langford graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he also stayed for his surgery internship as well as his urology residency training. Dr. Langford is fellowship-trained in urologic trauma, reconstruction, and benign prostatic hyperplasia through the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas.
He is active in numerous professional organizations including the American Urologic Association, the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons, and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America.
