This includes a screening or diagnostic colonoscopy with or without specimens/polyps removal by biopsy or brushing.

Your purchase includes the following services:
- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Tennova Healthcare Clarksville
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feePathology fee specimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred. This DOES NOT include the technical fee and patient's will receive a bill from Quest Diagnostics.
- Tendo Marketplace feeCovers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price
