Dr. Dane Glueck specializes in treating knee and hip problems. This includes a focus on athletic knee injuries such as ACL tears and meniscus tears with arthroscopic surgery and managing knee arthritis with partial or total knee replacement surgery. He performed the first robot assisted total knee replacement in St. Charles Co. He also focuses on hip arthritis utilizing a minimally invasive anterior approach for hip replacement. Dr. Glueck also commonly treats fractures of the lower extremity and wrist.

Dr. Glueck joined Advanced Bone & Joint in January 2011. He served as chief of surgery at Progress West Hospital from 2012 to 2014, and then served as chief of staff from 2014 to 2016.  He currently serves as President of Advanced Bone & Joint.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Glueck earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas College of Medicine in Little Rock and completed his internship and residency in orthopedics at the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Glueck received multiple awards during his training, including the Division of Orthopedic Surgery Excellence Award, AOA, and the Buchanan Key. He continuously updates his training to reflect the most recent orthopedic treatment options and techniques for his patients.

Following his residency, Dr. Glueck practiced in central Kentucky for two years before moving to the St. Louis area in 2007. He has been practicing in St. Charles County ever since, performing the majority of his patient care and surgeries at Progress West Hospital in O’Fallon, Missouri, as well as the St. Peters Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Dr. Glueck frequently gives talks to the surrounding community on knee injuries and arthritis and their treatments. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS) and has been certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 2007.
