Dr. David Lee is a board certified neurosurgical spine surgeon who earned his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. He completed his neurosurgery residency and the first combined orthopedic/neurosurgical spinal fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Dr. Lee is a member of American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American College of Spine Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and Mississippi Neurosurgical Society, American Medical Association, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, North American Spine Society, Southern Medical Association, Southern Neurosurgical Society, and Southern Pain Society.
