- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.

About Elizabeth Hollingsworth, MD
Dr. Hollingsworth enjoys cooking/baking, crafting, gardening and sports. She is a mother of four girls and a grandmother of one. Her youngest daughter is a successful nationally ranked diver.
Dr. Hollingsworth received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne before entering medical school. She worked as an Emergency Department nurse for Lutheran Hospital before coming to Adams Medical Group. Committed to community involvements, she has volunteered her time to the Fort Wayne Medical Society Alliance, Blessings in a Backpack and Fort4Fitness, among other organizations.
Dr. Hollingsworth is a primary care physician who provides preventative and chronic care for men, women and children of all ages. She also treats various acute illnesses.
