This includes a screening or diagnostic colonoscopy with or without specimens/polyps removal by biopsy or brushing.

- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Intermountain Layton Hospital
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feeDOES NOT INCLUDE A PATHOLOGY FEE. The patient may receive a bill for this portion.
