This includes the manipulation of one of the following body parts under general anesthesia ankle, elbow, finger, hip, knee, shoulder, spine, temporomandibulor joint (TMJ), or wrist. Manipulation is performed to help regain the loss of motion.

- Physician feetreatment and procedure-related postoperative follow-up visit(s) within 10 days of surgery. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
