- Physician feetreatment and procedure-related postoperative follow-up visit(s) within 10 days of surgery. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesia feelocal anesthesia or moderate sedation services provided by your surgeon. If your situation requires an anesthesiologist be present to supervise the anesthesia or sedation services, you will receive a bill from the anesthesiologist.
- Pathology feeDOES NOT INCLUDE A PATHOLOGY FEE. The patient may receive a bill for this portion.

Dr. Coussons has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in northeast WI for over 20 years. He completed his residency at Louisiana State University and practiced in eastern Washington and Idaho prior to coming to NE WI. Fertility medicine and complex gynecologic surgery are particular areas of expertise, but he provides the full spectrum of gynecologic care including annual exams and menopause care. His clinic, Dr. Coussons Advanced Care for Women, is located in Green Bay on Holmgren Way.
