Facility fee
operating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Ascension St. John Medical Center
Physician fee
treatment and procedure-related postoperative follow-up visit(s) within 10 days of surgery. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
Anesthesiologist fee
regional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
Pathology fee
specimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.

Covers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

Isaac R. Kriley, MD, F.S.S.O., is the first board-certified complex general surgical oncologist in Oklahoma. He is also board-certified in general surgery. He specializes in the care of people with sarcomas and tumors of the esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, adrenals, and skin. Dr. Kriley also specializes in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) surgeries. At Ascension St. John in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Kriley starts by listening to understand you and your health needs. Then, he delivers surgical treatment options for your type of cancer.
