About Dr. Jack Belen
Dr. Jack Belen is a graduate of Wayne State University and the Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialist ( Physiatrist ) with a special interest in Rehabilitative Medicine, EMG’s, and Closed Head Injuries. Jack joined our practice in 2012 and practices in both our Warren and Livonia offices.
Dr. Belen has been voted by southeast Michigan’s medical professionals as Hour Detroit magazine’s Top Docs in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

I highly recommend this office. My last experience was with Dr. Belen. I have been going to this office for over 10 years. Normally seeing Dr Munk. My experience has always been good. On most days the office staff is wonderful.
