This includes a colonoscopy in conjunction with an upper endoscopy.

Your purchase includes the following services:
- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Memorial Health Lufkin
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
- Tendo Marketplace feeCovers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

Jeffrey Hamaker, M.D., received his medical training from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, followed by a General Surgery Residency at Texas A&M, Baylor Scott and White in Temple, TX. Dr. Hamaker specializes in general, laparoscopic, weight loss, and robotic surgery. He performs minimally invasive hernia, gallbladder, breast and colon surgery. He is fluent in medical Spanish.
