Efficient! Quick diagnoses and plan in place. I will always drive down to Concord Orthopaedics from the North Country in the future. It has been a year since the above review and it's time for another! Dr. Klingler performed surgery on my very active 81 year old mother this morning. She slipped/fell on ice and fractured her wrist. He cared for her as if she were his own mother. Mom was so impressed with the entire staff! From the friendly gal who checked her in, the nurses who cared for her, and the OR staff. She mentioned numerous times how impeccably clean the facility was and how everyone worked as a team. So worth the drive through Franconia Notch for such superlative care! Dr. Klingler is outstanding in his field! Review #3 - We're Back! My now 83 year old mother fractured her other wrist during exercise class. We once again drove down through Franconia Notch as we knew where the best care resided... Concord Orthopedics. Once again all expectations were exceeded in a professional and efficient manner. Dr. Klingler and the teams at COPA are outstanding! Review #4 - We're Back Again March 2026! Mom's diagnosis today was Carpal Tunnel needing a quick release surgery in the near future. Although Dr. Klingler outperforms his confidence and efficiency at every encounter (including today)... today I wish to hi-lite the energy one feels when entering the office. From check in, to meeting with the Physician's Assistant in the exam room and check out everyone is happy to assist. You feel as though you are their only patient of the day. I wish I remembered the girls names when we checked out. They were so patient, kind, helpful, and answered all questions. This is the place I hate to love! Hate to go because of injury but love to go because I know the care will be first rate.
