This is for an anal fistulectomy or fistulotomy.

- Physician feetreatment and procedure-related postoperative follow-up visit(s) within 90 days of surgery. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.

I am a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and performed my General Surgery Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital here in Cincinnati. Since 2005, I have practiced comprehensive, broad based, General Surgery on the Westside. I joined Mercy Health in 2012 and continue to practice at Mercy West Hospital. In addition, I also see patients in our offices in Harrison, Ohio.
