This includes a colonoscopy in conjunction with an upper endoscopy.

Your purchase includes the following services:
- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Boulder Community Health GI of the Rockies Endoscopy Centers
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
- Tendo Marketplace feeCovers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

Dr. Susnow is a board-certified and fellowship-trained gastroenterologist with additional expertise in complex liver disease. Dr. Susnow began practicing as a gastroenterologist in Boulder and Denver in 2016. He sees patients in the Boulder, Lafayette and Longmont GI clinics at Gastroenterology of the Rockies.
Dr, Susnow obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, in Dallas–followed by completing his residency at the University of Colorado, in Denver. As a duel-fellowship holder–his GI fellowship comes from the University of Washington, in Seattle. He completed his transplant hepatology fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
When he’s not treating patients, you can find Dr. Susnow on the ski slopes or a hiking trail — unless he’s bike commuting — or simply enjoying time with his family.
