North Okaloosa Medical Center’s rehabilitation services are designed to help patients through the process of recovering from injury or illness. At North Okaloosa Medical Center's Physical Rehabilitation Center, we pride ourselves on motivating and encouraging patients as they work toward their goals. Working as a team, we include the patient’s physician, family and friends in the rehabilitation process. Together we can make a difference. Physical therapists are educated in the care of musculoskeletal conditions. Their hands-on approach begins with the treatment of a patient’s immediate problem. They teach patients how to care for themselves by prescribing specialized programs to address the impairments that lead to the functional loss.
