What did you like about the provider?
He was thorough and patient with our 14 year old daughter who was nervous. He made her feel comfortable and because of that we got great images.

What could have improved your experience with the medical provider?
They really didn't seem happy that I was not wanting to provide insurance info and only wanted to use the voucher. This did not make me happy, and I feel like I was not treated as well as if I had used insurance which is completely unacceptable.

What could have improved your experience with the medical provider?
The ultrasound lady was great! Lady at MRI DESK was rude bc my mom didn't speak English told her she didn't speak Spanish got up and left her there standing with no help! My mom was in pain and had to go around to find help on what to do! Thank God there was a Hispanic lady that was able to assist her.
