Bladder Catheterization (in office)

Dr. Paul Wadensweiler is a board-certified urogynecologist specializing in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive pelvic surgery. He practices at CHI Health Clinic Urogynecology, seeing patients at both the CUMC-Bergan Mercy and Lakeside locations in Omaha, Nebraska.

Originally from Sunnyvale, California, Dr. Wadensweiler earned his B.S. in Human Biology and M.S. in Biology from the University of California, San Diego. He went on to receive his medical degree from New York Medical College before returning to California to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UC Irvine Medical Center. He furthered his training with a fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Dr. Wadensweiler's clinical focus includes pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and other pelvic floor disorders. He is affiliated with CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center-Bergan Mercy and CHI Health Lakeside, and he is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

He has contributed to published research on pessary management for pelvic organ prolapse, sacral neuromodulation, and post-surgical complications following sacrocolpopexy.
