Dr. Turner is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery. Originally from Marion, Indiana, he developed an early interest in science and was mentored by experienced surgeons who introduced him to the operating room. This formative exposure solidified his commitment to a career in surgery.
Following five years of service as a U.S. Army surgeon where he maintained a sports medicine–focused practice, Dr. Turner transitioned to civilian medicine, offering advanced and minimally invasive procedures including endoscopic carpal tunnel release, WALANT techniques, nerve transfers, wrist arthroscopy, and minimally invasive hand fracture fixation. He continues to enjoy performing sports and general trauma procedures. He is truly passionate about fixing what’s broken and restoring function.
Dr. Turner does not see patients with Hip issues, Foot/Ankle, or Knee pain patients over 50 years of age.
