This includes a colonoscopy in conjunction with an upper endoscopy.

Your purchase includes the following services:
- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Clinton Memorial Hospital
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
- Tendo Marketplace feeCovers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

About Rachel Lovano MD
Dr. Lovano received her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her residency in general surgery at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey and at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio. She then went on to complete a fellowship at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston as part of their Minimally Invasive Surgeons of Texas Fellowship Consortium.
She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, the Association of Women Surgeons, the American Foregut Society, and specializes in general and minimally invasive surgery and endoscopy.
