Dr. Malik received his undergraduate degree in Health and Disease from the University of Toronto and went on to obtain his Medical Doctor degree from SABA University School of Medicine. He completed his training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital – University of Miami, Florida.
His professional interests include treatments for pelvic pain, fibroids and minimally invasive surgical therapies for gynecologic problems.
Dr. Malik is very grateful for the opportunities he has benefited from during his training to become a physician. Dr. Malik has given back to the community through his efforts by answering patient concerns through a virtual platform that allows patients to reach physicians from the comfort of their home. He has been recognized for his patient outreach and education efforts and has been awarded “Most Influential Doctor”, “Top Obstetrican and Gynecologist” and “Thought leader” by Healthtap.com. His bedside manner, compassionate nature and ability to empathize with his patients are the qualities that his patients appreciate the most.
Dr. Malik also volunteers at a charity clinic in Jacksonville – MASS Clinic, that has partnered with major hospitals in the area to provide outpatient care to patients that don’t have or cannot afford health insurance and have significant gynecologic issues that require attention.
