This includes a screening or diagnostic colonoscopy with or without specimens/polyps removal by biopsy or brushing.

- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Intermountain Health GI of the Rockies Surgical Centers
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
- Tendo Marketplace feeCovers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

Dr. Cubillas received his medical degree from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, in Lima, Peru. He then completed his residency and fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center, in Dallas, TX.
During his fellowship, Dr. Cubillas focused on two concentrations—hepatology plus digestive and liver diseases.
Dr. Cubillas has over 23 years of experience practicing medicine and brings expertise in treating patients with complex liver disease.
