This includes a colonoscopy in conjunction with an upper endoscopy.

- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Patient Partners Surgery Center
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
- Tendo Marketplace feeCovers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

Dr. Scott Hande is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He graduated Cum Laude from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology. He pursued his medical education at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital located in Boston, MA. Dr. Hande joined Gastroenterology and Hepatology Associates in 2008 and became a partner of the practice in 2009. Dr. Hande has received several awards throughout his medical career and is a member of several professional societies.
