What could have improved your experience with the medical provider?
His office didn’t call before to make sure my blood thinners was to the pharmacy. They didn’t call me to make sure I knew what to do being I have blood clots issues. It was booked 4 months earlier. I called Mon and Tuesday before and got no returned calls. I showed up in his office the Wed before and they had my paperwork stated I was supposed to start the medication on Monday and now it was Wednesday. Dr never introduce himself to my wife so she didn’t know who the doctor was.
