This includes a screening or diagnostic colonoscopy with or without specimens/polyps removal by biopsy or brushing.

- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.

- Pathology feeDOES NOT INCLUDE A PATHOLOGY FEE. The patient may receive a bill for this portion.
