- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feeDOES NOT INCLUDE A PATHOLOGY FEE. The patient may receive a bill for this portion.

Dr. W. Thomas Sorrell grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and then earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Sorrell has been in Kearney with the surgical group since 1994. He specializes in General Surgery and Trauma. He is the Medical Director of Trauma for Region III of Nebraska. Dr. Sorrell has two daughters. He is an avid quail hunter, raises English Pointers and enjoys reading.
