This includes a transcatheter stent placement. This also includes the balloon angioplasty in the same artery or vein if necessary to place the stent.

Facility fee
operating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Lutheran Hospital

Physician fee
physician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.

Anesthesiologist fee
regional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
