This includes a colonoscopy in conjunction with an upper endoscopy.

- Facility feeoperating and recovery room services & supplies for outpatient stay (less than 24 hours) at Lutheran Hospital
- Physician feephysician supervision & treatment in hospital. Does NOT include the initial evaluation to determine the need of the procedure.
- Anesthesiologist feeregional or general anesthesia for the entire duration of the procedure
- Pathology feespecimen(s) examination and tests for diagnosis. This test does not include the pathologic workup of malignancy. If malignancy is discovered during your procedure, additional charges will be incurred.
- Tendo Marketplace feeCovers the cost of contracting upfront rates with all involved medical providers, processing payment, and distributing funds, minimizing administrative overhead and allowing for a lower total price

Sunil Ramrakhiani, MD, joined Lutheran Medical Group in August 2006. He received a medical degree from S.M.S. Medical College in Jaipur, India, and he completed a residency in internal medicine at St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Mo. He was a gastroenterology fellow at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis.
Dr. Ramrakhiani, who is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology, is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the Indiana State Medical Society and the Fort Wayne Medical Society. In addition, he is a volunteer clinical assistant professor of medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine, Fort Wayne campus.
