What did you like most about using MDsave?
Seeing the prices, providers and their service locations all in one place so that I could make a decision that was a combination of price and ease of access.
What could we do to improve?
Not sure. It was a pretty smooth process. As an aging person I always think in terms of website designers being younger and so “fluent” in technology. What seems obvious to them may not be to us. Always a good idea to have a review group made up of seriously tech-challenged oldsters just to be sure. We will bail really quickly if a process is difficult.
